Packet Dump. Unzip your FIDONet style
mail bundles, and see where the mail
packets are going to, destination
wise. The syntax is:

c:\pktdump\pktdump filename.pkt

If you want the body of the message,
use the -body command, but if you
only want the headers for where the
message is going, that command is
not needed.

Y2KDATE.EXE. This program is released to
sysops as a service to the Fidonet community
in helping to reduce the effects of bad
dates as a result of the Year 2000. There
are problems with older programs in use in
the Fidonet which produce dates which are
non standard in the *.MSG format. Y2KDATE
has been written to examine every *.MSG file
in a specified directory and, if it
encounters a year of 100, will alter it to
00. It will also change any SEAdog style
dates into the more normal one. This is the
only change that is made to each file. Since
Y2KDATE will not make any changes to a
message that has a correct date, it can
safely be run as many times as you like on
the same directory.
