DosMem is an Installable-Driver for Windows 3.1. It prevents Windows from running out of memory with lots of free memory and free resources.
DosMem works invisible for applications trying to allocate large blocks of Dos-Memory using GlobalDosAlloc but it prevents allocating of large blocks in the first MB from applications using GlobalAlloc.
