Cott wrote Z Voting Door  because  He got tired of  these silly Voting
doors that are  very limited in topic and choice  numbers, that don't allow
new choices, and especially the ones that allow users to vote several times
on  each topic!  Z Voting Door  that  allows  up  to  25  different  topics
(possibly more if I see a need) and an UNLIMITED number of choices per each
topic. Users  may  enter their   own  voting  topics (optional: See  config
file!),  and  they may  define  whether  other  users  can enter their  own
choices, or  if they  can  only use  the  choices put in by  the person who
creates the question.   Users are only allowed to vote once on each topic.
